A pioneer of private sector participation in water utility services in Indonesia – jointly owned by an established Indonesian Company and an International Water/Wastewater Utility Company is seeking a professional, qualified individual to fill the positions:

LEGAL OFFICER (LO)
Responsibilities :
a)Handling process of agreement, including tender, drafting, review, etc.
b)Handling and monitoring various civil and criminal cases related to company.
c)Liaise with related body in process of company license and permit.
d)Preparing Legal opinion to ensure compliance rule and regulation.
e)Conducting the process of filling administrative.

Requirement :
•Bachelor Degree majoring in Law
•Understand all legal aspects i.e. agreement, litigation, license, permit and documentation.
•Fluent in English
•Min. 2 years’ experience in legal function.
•Computer literate
•Has good communication skills.
•Able to work in team as well as working individually.
