Illegal Cosmetics Owners in Tiban, Batam, Are Still Being Hunted
A few days ago, the Riau Islands Drug and Food Control Department (BPOM) secured two people in two illegal cosmetic locations in the city of Batam.
Of that number, it is known a combination of 112 different items with an economic value of approximately Rp. 2 billion.
The second action took place in the Ruko Mitra Raya 2 area where 384 items with a total of 172,362 pcs, and with an economic value of Rp 2,585,430,000 were successfully secured.
To take action in one of the Ruko complex in the Tiban area, until now the BPOM Kepri is still searching for the owner of the goods.
"The owner of the goods in the shop at Tiban today we are still searching," said the head of the Riau Islands BPOM, Yosef Dwi Irawan, Friday (11/29/2019).
As for the prosecution in the Ruko Mitra Raya area, BPOM Kepri has conducted further checks on the owner of the goods.
