TRIBUNBATAM.id - Bali will start welcoming tourists in the near future. In fact, international flights will start opening in mid-October 2021.
The Bali Provincial Government (Pemprov) has also begun to make a number of preparations. One of them is updating the LOVEBALI application.
It is known that the obligation of tourists to have the LOVEBALI application is stated in the Circular Letter of the Governor of Bali Number 15243 of 2020 concerning Requirements for Archipelago Tourists to Visit Bali.
The application was actually developed by the Bali Provincial Government in 2020. However, at that time the Covid-19 condition worsened, so the application would only be applied again before Bali welcomes foreign tourists.
Meanwhile, the LOVEBALI application is similar to PeduliLindung because it has travel history and tracking features.
The application was developed so that the local government gets tourism data which will be processed as a basis for making policies.
In the future, there will be an integration of the LOVEBALI application with PeduliLindungi to make it easier for tourists.
This integration is done so that tourists do not need to enter the same data again in the LOVEBALI application.
Later, in addition to downloading the LOVEBALI application, there are other conditions that must be obeyed by tourists. Namely, having been vaccinated, including PCR results, and filling in data in the eHac application which is integrated with PeduliLindung and LOVEBALI. (*)
