Lowongan Kerja Batam - PT JMS Batam Buka Loker Production Supervisor, Engineer, Operator Molding

TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - PT JMS yaitu salah satu perusahaan di Batam yang bergerak dalam bidang alat kesehatan yang berlokasi di Kawasan industri Batamindo membuka lowongan kerja.

Berdasarkan situs resmi mereka di jmsb.co.id, ada tiga lowongan kerja yang dibuka.

Tiga lowongan kerja yang sedang dibutuhkan JMS Batam adalah Production Supervisor, Engineer dan Operator Molding.

Tiga lowongan kerja ini dibuka hingga tanggal 30 Mei 2024.

Position : Production Supervisor

Gender : Female

Age : Max 30 Years old

Graduate : S1

Requirement :

1. Monitor daily production output, quality and daily performance.

2. Set and implement Standart Operating Procedures and Manufacturing Instruction in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

3. Execute and Co-ordination daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Production.

4. Preferable fluent in English and computer skill.

5. Diploma / Degree Holder. (Preferable in Technical, Chemist, Pharmacy, Science background)

6. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Requirement :

- DEGREE OR DIPLOMA III of MECHATRONICS / MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

- Overall responsible for support Pro. in technical support of all Auto Machine Ideas/ Solution for machine improvement and modification.

- Traubleshoot machine failure and carry out immediate remedy / follow up action.

- Adjustment/repair/Carry out daily, weekly, monthly, yearly maintenance promptly and calibration.

- Responsible and support production for electrical setup, mechanical assembly and PLC programming of prototype testing

- Able to running shift (if required)

Position : Operator Molding

Gender : Male

Age : Max 27 Years old

Graduate : SMK

Requirement :

Molding Setter/Operator – Injection Molding

The activities covers:

• Install moulds onto machines with parting agent, according to work instructions and sheet specifications.

• Positions, aligns, and secures assembled mould, mould components, and machine accessories onto machine press bed, and attaches connecting lines.

• Mixes thermoplastic materials, and coloring pigments according to formula, using paddle and mixing machine as per work instruction.

• Create machine programs and to adjust it until an optimized product / process quality is achieved and maintained.

• Observes and adjusts machine set up and operations to eliminate production of defective parts and products.

• Make initial batch confirmation and subsequence mass production at molding process based on product drawings, and work instructions.

• Repairs and maintains machines and auxiliary equipment (minor repairs only), using hand tools and power tools. (Major maintenance or repair will be handled by Supervisor)

• Transfer moulds from production to tool room and vice versa.

Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) yang masih berlaku.

C. Lamaran yang diproses selanjutnya akan menerima “Formulir Data Penerimaan Karyawan” untuk diisi dan dibawa saat interview.

D. Saat Interview Membawa semua berkas Asli yang tertera diatas (Apabila ada berkas Tambahan akan diberitahukan).

E. Tidak sedang menunggak BPJS Kesehatan.
