127 Covid-19 Patients Died in a Day, the Highest During a Pandemic Period

TRIBUNBATAM.id - The addition of patients dying from Covid-19 on Sunday (7/19/2020) was the highest during the pandemic.

In his report, Government Spokesperson in Handling Covid-19, Achmad Yurianto said, 127 people had died in the last 24 hours since Saturday (18/07/2020).

These additions make the total number of patients died from Covid-19 to 4,143 people. 

The highest number of deaths since the Covid-19 cases was first announced on March 2, 2020.

The several regions with high death rates due to Covid-19 per Sunday (07/19/2020) were East Java, which reached 1,401 people, of the total confirmed cases of 9,342.

Then, DKI Jakarta as many as 736 cases of death from a total of 10,444 confirmed cases.

Overall, the number of cases of Covid-19 in the country has reached 86,521 people on Sunday (7/19/2020). 

The number was obtained after there were additional positive cases of 1,639 people.

Of that total, there were an additional 2,133 cured patients. So that the total number of patients recovered to 45,401 people.

Meanwhile, there are as many people included in the 37,505 suspected cases.

Meanwhile, to date there are 464 districts / cities in 34 provinces exposed to Covid-19. (*)
