TODAYs!, Rudi is Inaugurated, Tomorrow, Edy Putra Directly Hands Over the Head of BP Batam

TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM -  Head of Batam Business Entity (BP Batam), Edy Putra Irawady claimed that he have been received the news about the inauguration of the Mayor-ex officio Head of BP Batam, that will be held on Friday (09/27/2019). 

Before the inauguration, a Regional Council meeting will be held at first. 

This Special Staff of the Indonesian Ministry of Economy ensured that he would not participate in the meeting.

Edy prefers to be in Batam, while packing his personal belongings. 

That was before he gave up his job as the head of BP Batam, and returned to Jakarta. 

"I'm in Batam tomorrow, for cleaning up my belongings," he said. 

Edy said, the handover of the position of Head of BP Batam from himself to Rudi, as a Mayor-ex officio Head of BP Batam, was planned to be held this Saturday (28/9). 

"Handover on Saturday, then go home," said Edy. 

Previously, Edy had conveyed his plan to take a rest. 

Since last year, the winner of the Master of Arts in International Graduate Transaction from George Mason University, United States, has actually retired.

However, by the Indonesian Minister of Economy, Darmin Nasution, he was reassigned to Batam, as the Head of BP Batam. 

He was appointed as a chairman of BP Batam, January 2019.
