Dompak Bridge Project in Tanjungpinang Alleged Corruption, Police Investigate 9 Witnesses

TRIBUNBATAM.id - Alleged corruption in the damage that occurred on Bridge 2 of Dompak Island, Tanjungpinang City.

The Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) of Tanjungpinang District Police apparently examined 9 witnesses.

This was conveyed by Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Tanjungpinang Police AKP Efendri Alie.

"It is still suspected, and we are still limited to examining a number of witnesses," he said, Sunday (10/27/2019).

He conveyed, only a few days ago. Two bridge consultants were questioned as witnesses.

"Our team just returned from Jakarta to conduct an examination of the two bridge consultants," he said.

He conveyed, after getting the witnesses information, it would be explored whether or not they met the elements of corruption.

"Certainly the results of investigation will speak later," he added.

Asked if there was an element of corruption. It will involve other parties such as KPK and BPK.
