"This condition is indeed quite decent compared to a few months ago. Although the decline is not too drastic," said Lina, a trader at Batam City TPID Market, Thursday (10/31/2019).

Beside that, Lina admitted, for price comparison, Batam City TPID Market is not far from Batam City TOSS 3000 Market.

"The cheapest is IDR 2 thousand or IDR 3 thousand, we are here. Of course the price will adjust the distributors, if we don't lose money," he said.

He also said, for the price of goods such as fruits and so on, it is still in normal condition.

"There hasn't been a change (in price) yet, it's normal," he explained.

Because, he said for the price of fruit itself also helped adjust price of the existing farmer in several regions.

"If there are fruits from Batam City, there are those from Medan directly. Certainly adjust again," he said.

Another trader, Riki, admitted that condition of Batam City TPID Market itself is still quite so far.

There has not been a significant change even though some time ago had made an agenda (event) at the inauguration.

"The promotion and socialization of the government should be done again. Do not just hold an event, how would it be crowded," he complained. (tribunbatam.id/dipanusantara)
