Covid-19 Patients in Batam, DD Bengkong Cluster Continues to Increase, Total of 53 Cases

TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - Corona virus positive patients who entered DD cluster in Bengkong Batam again increased on Friday (05/15/2020).

Based on data released by Covid-19 Task Force Team of Batam City, there were 3 new cases of Covid-19 in Batam on Friday (5/15/2020).

Of these three patients, two of them are related to patient 35 so that they can be categorized as part of DD cluster.

From the results of tracing, one of them is a case patient 35 claiming that on April 26, 2020 he had made direct contact with positive case 35 confirmed during a prayer in congregation at the A-F Mosque near his home.

While another is a nurse in a hospital that has been handling isolation of patients with Covid-19.

Three new Corona virus cases in Batam consisted of two women and 1 man.

With the addition of Corona virus positive patients, currently the total number of Corona virus cases in Batam has reached 53 cases.
