TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - To prevent the transmission of Covid-19, 25 Aviation Security (Avsec) personnel of Hang Nadim Airport, Batam, took to the streets to distribute as many as 300 masks and some hand sanitizer to motorists, Friday (2/10/2020).
"This is also in line with regulations from the government so that citizens must wear masks in order to break the Covid-19 chain," he told Tribun Batam.
In addition, he continued, regulations on mandatory masking and implementing health protocols during activities were also carried out by Batam's Hang Nadim Airport for all users of air transportation services during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The regulation, he said, had been implemented several months ago. To be precise, when the first case of a positive patient for Covid-19 was in Batam.
In addition to the mask sharing agenda, Gilang said, his party also distributed compensation to orphaned children at the Al-Anjum Foundation Batam Orphanage.
