PT ATB officers are currently providing services to customers. This raw water management company in Batam City asked residents not to be late in paying water bills before the ATB concession ends on November 14, 2020.

TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - PT Adhya Tirta Batam (ATB) still has the authority to collect clean water bills for Batam City residents, before the concession ends.

BP Batam has authorized ATB to collect clean water bills until 30 November 2020.

ATB also urges customers to keep paying clean water bills on time.

As is known, the ATB concession will end on November 14, 2020. Batam City clean water management will be managed by PT Moya Indonesia.

Currently, PT ATB still provides all payment channels provided to make it easier for customers to pay their clean water bills.

To simplify customer bill payment services, ATB still opens all channels that are usually used by customers.

Both in cash and online, customers can pay water bills in cash through the ATB service office in Sukajadi.

In addition, payments can be made through Alfamart and Indomaret outlets, the Post Office and the nearest Pospay agent.

Meanwhile, online water bill payments can still be made through BNI, Bank Mandiri, Bank Riau Kepri, CIMB Niaga, Bank BTN, Shopee, Tokopedia and Link Aja.

Apart from providing various official service channels, customers can more easily check the amount of their water bill independently.

ATB has prepared a special ATB Mobile App application that can be downloaded on the Play Store.
