WEATHER FORECAST - Tomorrow, June 26, 2021, Riau Islands Area will Potentially Rain

TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Department (BMKG) class I Hang Nadim Batam released weather forecasts for the Riau Islands region. 

The weather in the Riau Islands region for tomorrow, Saturday (6/26/2021) is predicted to be cloudy with a chance of light to moderate rain in the morning, afternoon and early morning. 

"There is a shearline (wind bend) around the Riau Archipelago which is sufficient to support the growth of rain clouds," said Forecaster On Duty, Fitri Annisa, Friday (6/25/2021). 

The wind direction in Riau Islands tomorrow is blowing from two directions. 

From the south, namely in the areas of Batam, Karimun, Lingga and Anambas. 

Meanwhile, in the southwest direction, the wind blows in the Tanjungpinang, Bintan and Natuna areas. 

Wind speeds in the region are estimated to range from 5 kilometers per hour to 30 kilometers per hour. 

The air temperature in the Riau Islands is estimated to range from 24 degrees Celsius to 33 degrees Celsius. 

The height of sea wave is quite safe in the Riau Islands region tomorrow, which is estimated from 0.1 meters to 1.2 meters.
