TRIBUNBATAM.id, SOUTH SULAWESI - Earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 shook the East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi.
The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Department (BMKG) said the earthquake had no potential for a tsunami.
Through the Twitter account @infoBMKG, BMKG stated that the earthquake occurred at around 17:53 WIB. The epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of 10 kilometers.

"There is no potential for a tsunami," said BMKG, Saturday (7/17).
There have been no reports of damage from this earthquake. However, several residents on social media said the earthquake shock was felt as far as North Luwu. (*)
