TRIBUNBATAM.id - Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto said that the implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) for areas outside Java-Bali was extended from January 18 to January 31. 

He explained, in the implementation of PPKM until January 31, there were 238 districts/cities with PPKM level 1 status.

This number increased from the previous PPKM period which amounted to 227 districts/cities. 

"Level 2 regencies/cities have dropped to 138 regencies/cities from a total of 148, because they have shifted to level 1. And PPKM level 3, there are only 10 regencies/cities and level 4, 0 regencies/cities," he said. 

On that occasion, he also said that based on the President's direction, the Merah Putih  vaccine and other domestically produced vaccines are currently being prepared for use in the vaccination program. 

Airlangga also said that President Jokowi also approved the addition of Moto GP spectators from 63 thousand to 100 thousand.

At the same time, vaccination at the Motor GP event site in Mandalika has achieved a high first dose vaccination rate.
