TRIBUNBATAM.id - People who want to board a ship for the 2022 homecoming trip can be free from antigen tests and PCR tests. As long as it fulfills a number of conditions, including the status of the Covid-19 vaccination.

The requirements for going home by ship have been written in the Circular Letter (SE) of the Minister of Transportation Number 37 of 2022 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Domestic Travel by Sea Transportation During the COVID-19 Pandemic.

This SE itself refers to the Covid-19 Task Force Circular No. 16 of 2022.

For information, the Circular of the Minister of Transportation Number 37 of 2022 has been in effect since April 5, 2022, until the specified time.

Therefore, in order for the 2022 homecoming trip by ship to run smoothly and comfortably, consider the following new shipboard regulations;

The latest requirements for boarding a ship

1. Prospective passengers who have received the third dose of vaccination (booster) are not required to show a negative result of the RT-PCR test or rapid antigen test.

2. Prospective passengers who have received the second dose of vaccination, must attach a negative result of RT-PCR (3x24 hours) or rapid antigen test (1x24 hours).

3. Prospective passengers who have just received the first dose of vaccination must include a negative RT-PCR result (3x24 hours).

4. Prospective passengers under the age of six are exempt from vaccination provisions, and are not required to show negative results from the RT-PCR test or rapid antigen test. And can travel with a companion and apply strict health protocols.

5. Prospective passengers with special health conditions or comorbid diseases who cannot receive vaccinations, must show a negative result of the RT-PCR test (3x24 hours) and attach evidence of a doctor's certificate from a government hospital.

6. Prospective passengers are required to use the PeduliLindung application 

In addition to fulfilling these provisions, ship passengers must also be disciplined in implementing health protocols.
