- Maintain safe and tidy workplace and processes, by enforcing company and plant HSE rules and policies

- Ensuring team are properly wearing the required PPE at all times and demonstrate safe working behavior

- Perform 6S audits and actions item follow up

- Maintain A&T Technician qualification/certification and provide training including competencies assessment

- Coordinating and managing production process as per quality schedule plan

- Higher level process review and share to team for any precautions or concern of each product prior ti running for production

- Conduct/involve in root cause analysis activity as needed (A4, CPAR, FPR)

- Team Coaching and developments

- Ensure equipment used in A&T processes is in good condition with valid calibration as per standard requirements

- Manage A&T consumerables cost efficiency target

- Provide Daily, weekly, monthly report include GAP analysis

- Setup proper communication and escalation system to each subordinate level

- Coordinating and managing team

- Communicate and conduct best ppractices sharing and implementation
