GET READY! There Will Be Massive Discount Party at 9 Malls in Batam For a Month

TRIBUNBATAM.id - Batam City Government in collaboration with a number of malls in Batam will hold Batam Great Sale (BGS) 2019.

This discount party starts October 1 until October 31, 2019.

There are 9 malls participating in this program that aims to attract tourists, both foreign and domestic tourists, for come to Batam. They are, Mall Botania 2, DC Mall, Nagoya Hill, Kepri Mall, BCS Mall, Mega Mall, Bayfront Mall, Grand Batam Mall, dan Panbil Mall.

"Discounts are offered up to 70 percent," said Head of Batam Culture and Tourism Department, Ardiwinata, Wednesday (09/25/2019).

This discount applies to certain products. Batam Great Sale 2019 is not only followed by local tenants, but also national and international.

"So these malls have discount program, we collect the discount in October," he said.

Batam Great Sale is even more interesting, because it is run with Hot Deals program from Indonesian Ministry of Tourism.

In this program, tourists can use the ticket subsidy program from government.

Ardi hopes, through Batam Great Sale and Hot Deals program, this can attract many tourists to Batam.

"Our target is many tourists come to Batam," said Ardi.

He continued, the grand launching of this program will be held Tuesday, October 1 at Grand Batam Mall.
