TRIBUNBATAM.id - Interest in a number of countries exporting vehicles made in Indonesia has never subsided.
Latest, the richest businessman from Africa, Aliko Dangote will buy 10,000 units of rural Indonesian cars or AMMDes.
In hindsight, many vehicle products made in Indonesia are exported to various countries. Starting from cars, planes to ships though.
In addition to AMMDes, the following are some of Indonesia's vehicle products that have been previously exported to a number of countries:
1. Anoa Panzer
This vehicle is an armored military vehicle made by state-owned PT Pindad. This vehicle is used to transport personnel or known as armored or armored personnel carriers.
The name Anoa itself is taken from the name of the animal Anoa which is native to Sulawesi. Anoa is also often called a dwarf buffalo.
In its official website, PT Pindad revealed that there have been 300 Anoa Panzer and Komodo tactical vehicles that have been sent and used in UN world peace missions in various countries such as Lebanon, Central Africa and Sudan.
2. CN-235-220 aircraft
PT Dirgantara Indonesia (DI) successfully completed the manufacturing of a CN235-220 aircraft order by the Nepalese Army.
PT DI sent the aircraft to Khatmandu, Nepal, Wednesday (10/30/2019).
It is planned that PT DI will also export this aircraft to Senegal and the Philippines in 2020.
3. Star 50 Cargo Ship
PT PAL Indonesia, based in Surabaya, has apparently exported large vessels.
The ship is a Star 50 Cargo Ship. The giant box shape bulk carrier (double hull) ship weighs 50,000 deadweight tonnage (DWT).

This Star 50 Cargo Ship made by PAL has been sold to Germany, Hong Kong to Turkey. Star 50 is the largest weighted ship currently in PAL.
4. INKA Train
Indonesian railroad production is also not missed by a number of countries. Reported by Kompas.com PT INKA (Persero), PT INKA's train products have penetrated a number of markets in the South Asian region. Now the railroad products made by INKA have even operated in Bangladesh.
INKA is even rumored to also be entering Sri Lanka. Approximately 75 train cars worth 50 million US dollars, as reported by Kompas.com (1/8/2019) plans to enter the country.
