TRIBUNBATAM.id, PEKANBARU -The pilot reportedly survived the crash of a fighter plane in Kubang Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency, Riau, Monday (06/15/2020) morning.
Aircraft fighter downed Air Force (TNI AU), the pilot of the plane reportedly survived.
That was said by Tarmizi when contacted by kompas.com to confirm the incident.
"Yes, the plane is right. This fighter (which crashed). The pilot survived," Tarmizi said by telephone on Monday.
Tarmizi said he got information that the plane crashed around 07.30 WIB.
"The fall is in residential areas and I am now at the location," concluded Tarmizi.

According to him, the location of Indonesian Air Force fighter plane crashed was just behind SMPN 01 Siak Hulu, precisely in Kubang Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency, Riau
Head of Air Force Information Service Marsma TNI Fajar Adriyanto confirmed the matter of Air Force aircraft crashed.
"Currently at RSAU Dr. Soekirman Lanud RSN Pekanbaru for further examination," said Fajar, in a written statement delivered by Air Force on Monday morning.
The cause of the accident and other information is still being investigated by Air Force team.
According to him, the plane that crashed was a BAE Hawk 109 fighter.
"Accident of BAE Hawk 209 fighter type with registration number TT-0209," said Fajar.
Fajar explained that the aircraft was controlled by First Lieutenant Pilot PN Apriyanto Ismail.
"From the 12th Air Squadron Lanud Roesmin Nurjadin (Rsn) Pekanbaru," he said.
It is known, the accident occurred not far from the runway 36 Roesmin Nurjadin Airstrip in Pekanbaru.
