Suitable for the Sultans, this Luxury Resort in Batam is Auctioned at Rp. 950 Billion

TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - There is still an opportunity for the "Sultan" and his friends to have a luxury resort area in Batam.

As reported by Kompas.com earlier, the luxury resort area in Batam will be auctioned online. The area is located in Asam Island, Manis Island, Suwe Island, Anak Ladang Island.

As quoted from the auction information on the lelang.go.id page, Jakarta, Saturday (07/25/2020), the area of land owned by PT. Batam Island Marina to be auctioned reaches 272,509 square meters. 

Not only resort buildings, but the auction also includes other complementary facilities, ranging from vehicles, machinery to other equipment.

PT. Batam Island Marina is auctioning off the luxury resort area because it is in the process of bankruptcy.

The value of the auction limit for the region reaches Rp 950 billion. Meanwhile, security deposits to participate in the auction amounted to Rp 445 billion.

The auction will be conducted through the intercession of the Office of State Assets and Auction Services (KPKNL) Batam on Tuesday, July 28, 2020.

For those of you "sultans" who are interested in taking part in the auction of the resort area, the deposit must be deposited no later than Monday, July 27, 2020.

Auction requirements include: 

- Have an account that has been registered and verified on the website https://www.lelang.go.id.

- Choose the auction object that will be followed on the website above.

- Deposit auction guarantees through a virtual account obtained through the website after selecting and following the auction object.

- That the bidders who will participate in the auction, the Curator requires, must be a Corporation/Company that is a legal entity. (*)
