Thousands of Batam City Government Employee Cleaned Up Sultan Mahmud Riayat Syah Mosque

TRIBUNBATAM.id - Today, Monday (09/16/2019), thousands of Batam City Government officials held a mass mutual cooperation cleaning Sultan Mahmud Riayat Syah Mosque or Masjid Agung II of Batam City.

Masjid Agung Sultan Mahmud Riayat Syah stands majestically in Tanjunguncang Village, Batuaji District.

Before holding mass cooperation, thousands of Batam City Government employees held a morning ceremony with Batam mayor Muhammad Rudi.

Employees of Batam City Government, carrying work equipment from their home, or from the office.

Batam City Government officials will clean up all parts of mosque starting from uang uatam and the courtyard of mosque.

Head of Batam City Tourism and Culture Department, Ardhi Winata, said this activity was carried out to welcome the sparkling activities of 1 Muharram 1441 H.

"This activity is at the same time, to seeing condition of mosque. There we will have a grand event," said Ardi.
