Permata Succes 5001 Ship 'Urinating' the 14 Tons of Oil, Ambushed by Bakamla in Batam Waters
the Indonesian Maritime Security Department (Bakamla) captured the Permata Succes Ship 5001 and 2 units of 'urinating' of oil in the waters of Batam.
TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - The Special Task Force (Satgassus) of the Indonesian Maritime Security Department (Bakamla) captured the Permata Succes Ship 5001 and 2 units of 'urinating' of oil in the waters of Batam, Kepri, Tuesday (9/24/2019).
When ambushed, the Permata Succes 5001 ship moved the fuel oil of fame oil to two tugboat units.
Fame oil is a mixture for biodiesel.

The arrest was based on the data that obtained from intelligence reports that were received by Satgassus Bakamla. This was stated by the Director of Bakamla Sea Operations TNI, NS Embun, when exposed to the Arrest on Saturday (09/28/2019) at the Batu Ampar cargo port.
Embun explained during the security process, when physically checked, there were no documents explaining that the activities carried out by the Pertamina ship were legal.
"We have physically checked the documents, apparently there were no documents explaining that the activities carried out were legal, both in terms of oil and gas and also shipping," Embun explained.
From the arrest, it was known that the Permata Succes 5001 Ship had carried out the 14 tons of fuel transfer.

"The loss is around 14 tons, then multiplied by the current price of oil for industry," Embun said
From these arrests successfully secured the 13 people from the two tugboats.
Bakamla Naval Director of Operations, NS Embun, said that his party had never surrendered to carry out the security in the Indonesian Sea Area.
In a separate confirmation, to Unit Manager Communication & CSR Marketing Operation Region (MOR) I, Roby Hervindo, regarding to the ownership of the Permata Succes 5001 Ship bearing the Pertamina logo that secured by Bakamla, the Permata Succes 5001 ship was not owned by Pertamina.
