On September 29 at around 5:28 South Korean time, the BLACKPINK music video for the song "Kill This Love" surpassed 600 million views on YouTube.

That number automatically makes it the fastest Kpop music video group ever to achieve that achievement.

BLACKPINK initially released the music video for "Kill This Love" on April 5, 2019, which means that the song took more than five months, 24 days and five hours to reach a milestone. 

The group formed by YG Entertainment previously reached 600 million with their music video for the single "DDU-DU DDU-DU".

The song is the previous record holder for the fastest Kpop music video group which reached 600 million views.

In addition, the music video "BOOMBAYAH" has also reached by 600 million views. This what makes BLACKPINK is the first Kpop group in history to debut its music video with 600 million views.

Not only that, the music video for one of their hits, "As If This Your Last", also reached 600 million views. (*)
