Minimizing the Land Conflict in Batam, Mayor Rudi: Overcome Ruli Not by the Plots Ready to Build
Land owned by the employers or the government that is occupied illegally, still often triggers the conflicts when the land owner will use his land.
TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - The issue of land owned by the employers or the government that is occupied illegally still often triggers the conflicts when the land owner will use his land.
"The best solution for Ruli is not a Ready-to-Build Lot (Kavling Siap Bangun) but a flat. It will be provided with the help of subsidies that people want to have," said Rudi, Thursday (3/10/2019)
Rudi said, the availability of lots ready to build (KSB) in Batam is still very limited.
"Land from BP for the urban areas is no longer available, so the land from the developer will be seated so that the land from them can build the flat. So it does not need too much land," said Rudi.
Rudi also plans a relocation numbering system for people who live in Ruli so that they do not become double when they are relocated.
"So there is a system that must be made, namely the numbering system according to the e-KTP number, so that those who live (sorry) in Ruli, we move the number and have it recorded. If it's not like that, then the problems of Ruli will never finished," said Rudi. (TRIBUNBATAM.ID/ALAMUDIN)
