Karimun Customs and Excise Reveals 7 Drug Cases, Evidence of Methamphetamine From Malaysia

TRIBUNBATAM.id - Karimun Regional Police revealed seven drug cases in October 2019.

Of the seven cases, the police secured 16 suspects, all of whom were male.

Karimun Police Chief, AKBP Yos Guntur Fauris Yudi Santoso who led the case exposure said five cases with eight suspects were revealed in Karimun District.

"The initials of the suspects are Dp, Zn, Wd, Se, Ar, Fa, Ar and Su," he said, Wednesday (10/23/2019).

While in Meral District, the police revealed one case with two suspects with initials Bd and Fp.

Furthermore, in Buru Subdistrict the police revealed one case with six suspects with initials Au, Hs, Nz, Hl, Iw and Is.

"The total confiscated evidence was 556.48 grams of methamphetamine, 252 ecstasy pills, 13.29 grams of dried marijuana, 202 happyfive pills and 20.60 key psychotropics," Yos Guntur said.

When the exposures of suspects and evidence of their crimes were also presented.

Beside a number of Chief Officials (PJU) at Karimun Regional Police, also attended by Head of Supervision and Service of Customs Office (KPPBC) Type B Tanjungbalai Karimun, Bernhard Sibarani.
