BP Batam Promotes Latest Version of OSS, Manage Investment Licenses More Easily
BP Batam together with Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) held an Online Single Submission (OSS) application socialization version 1.1 in Batam.
TRIBUNBATAM.id - Directorate of One-Stop Integrated Services (PTSP) of Batam Business Entity (BP) together with Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) held an Online Single Submission (OSS) application socialization version 1.1, Tuesday (10/29/2019) at Pasific Palace Hotel Grand Ballroom Batam.
The activity was attended by more than two hundred business operators in Batam as direct users of OSS application.
BP Batam Area and Investment Management Member Sudirman Saad said, the launch of OSS application was a reference for the steps in realizing investment in Batam Island.
No less important is BP Batam's opportunity to communicate with businesses.
"There will be a change in policy that is being processed and is expected to cut licensing which is an administrative obstacle," said Sudirman, in BP Batam Public Relations release received by Tribun.
According to him, BP Batam's performance indicators are not measured by how much income is generated from the land, but rather how much investment is realized.
So it can grow the economy, absorb labor, and reduce inflation. In the end, Batam's economy can develop well.
Sudirman has already summoned the directors under his supervision. Both from land, goods traffic, PTSP, infrastructure, and security.
They agreed to simplify licensing.
"How can investments come in, if investors are crammed with licenses that are less effective ?," he said.
