A study conducted by the Toronto Star newspaper tested 20 public water sources and water coolers throughout Toronto, Canada.

The study found that half of the public water sources tested contained levels of bacteria that were too high to count. 

Virginia Tech water expert Marc Edwards discusses the risks of using drinking water sources.

He also added that there is a possibility of dangerous pathogens that can live, including e-coli and legionella, which can cause digestive problems and symptoms such as pneumonia. 

4. Using a cellphone when eating

A busy schedule often forces you to call while eating. But, do you know that this activity can endanger health?

Research shows that our smartphones are very dirty and carry all kinds of bacteria.

Therefore, when you switch between eating with your hands and touching the phone screen with the same hand, it makes it easier for bacteria to enter your mouth.

If you must use your cellphone while eating, be sure to clean it with a tissue. 

5. Do not wear sandals

If you share a bathroom, be sure to wear slippers. Because, fungus that causes skin problems can hide in hotel rooms.

Even though the hotel floor feels warm and carpeted well, it doesn't rule out the possibility of transmitting skin diseases.

Because the carpet is likely a perfect breeding ground for organisms such as fungi. 

6. Using a remote hotel room

Just imagine, how many people touch the remote in your hotel room? Do you know that the remote is rarely cleaned?
