Intention To Go Fishing, Local Residents Suspect Dodi Drowning in Batam Sea
A man reportedly drowned in the Batam waters. Until now there is still a search for Dody, the guy who is missing. Some of parties also searching him.
TRIBUNBATAM.id - A young man named Dody Kurniawan (20) reportedly drowned in the waters around Batam View Resort, Nongsa District, Batam City, Monday (11/11/2019) afternoon.
It is known, after Dody came out of his house at around 6:45 WIB with the intention of going fishing at one of restaurants owned by Batam View Resort.
However, according to the statement of one witnesses, before disappearing the figure of Dody was still visible at around 10:00 WIB.

"At 16:30 he (Dody) was gone and his equipment and personal belongings were in around fishing location," said one witness.
As a result, this witness reported the incident to the resort security.
In fact, a search has been carried out for Dody, who is also an employee of the room boy resort section since witness reporting was conducted.
This was justified by Head of Basarna Tanjungpinang Class A Search and Relief Office, Mu'Min.
According to him, up to now there is still a search for Dody.
