Daihatsu Batam Soft Opening New Showroom, Improve Services to Consumers

TRIBUNBATAM.id - Daihatsu Batam City held a soft opening showroom on Saturday (12/07/2019).

Head of Astra Group Batam branch, Kamil Hasan said the soft opening was simultaneously conducted with Showroom Event Grand Year End Sale.

"The construction of our showroom is fairly short, only 8 months. We are working on it from March 2019.

It was not completely finished before, but we have used it. We plan to carry out grand opening in 2020," he said.

Daihatsu Batam Showroom Grand Opening is planned to be held in conjunction with the opening of 6 new branches that will be inaugurated throughout Indonesia.

Kamil explained that with this new showroom service is expected to be even better for consumers, including in terms of service after sales.

He said the service was further improved in new showroom by providing 20 stalls, each of theme was useful for engine service and body repair.

"Each service has 10 stalls," he said.

Built on an area of ​​1.5 hectares, the location of Daihatsu showroom is also more representative.

Precisely located at Jalan Yos Sudarso, in intersection fly over Laluan Madani.

He explained Daihatsu had been present in Batam since 2010.

The construction of new building was due to follow Astra International roadmap that wanted Daihatsu Batam to have its own building.

"The place was previously rented. In addition to expiring contracts, Astra International plans also want Daihatsu to have its own building here.

This land actually has been around since 2017, but it was only built in early 2019. Why is it now, yes this is the right time, "he said.

He hopes that with this new showroom, Daihatsu product sales in Batam can be even faster.
