The incident took place around 4:00 a.m.
"When the incident felt like an earthquake, many houses collapsed and at that time the lights went out too," said Oyong who was met at the crime scene on Sunday (12/29/2019)
According to him, at that time residents who were asleep immediately woke up with a state of panic.
Residents immediately ran out of the house, there was a nail pierced even one person who died.
According to Oyong, the victim died because he was shocked. During the incident, he went limp and then died suddenly.
So far, residents around are seen doing house cleaning and packing some of their remaining home appliances.
