Ahead of Chinese New Year, Nagoya Hill Batam Holds Chinese Ornament Exhibition

Chinese New Year ornaments have been seen in some of shopping centers in Batam, one of them is Nagoya Hill Shopping Center.

Right at the main entrance, Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall provides special location for merchants to sell their wares.

Eka, one of the traders said that he does sell at Nagoya Hill every year before Chinese New Year celebration.

Regarding the price, Eka said the dolls could be obtained by people starting from IDR 100,000.

Not only dolls, other Chinese lunar special ornaments such as lanterns to stickers are also sold at Chinese trinkets exhibition in Nagoya Hill.

Table decorations, like ceramic cat sculptures to miniature lion dance can also be found at this exhibition.
