Height of Waves Began To Down, BMKG Anambas Remind Residents For Stay Alert
Weather conditions in Anambas Islands waters are only 2.5 meters. Before that, Anambas Islands waters reached 4 meters. BMKG still ask for stay alert.
TRIBUNBATAM.id - Weather conditions according to Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) Class I Hang Nadim through BMKG Class II Tarempa, told the current wave height has decreased.
Previously it was known that the wave height in Anambas Islands waters reached 4 meters.
Now the estimated wave height and ocean currents in Anambas Islands are only 2.5 meters.
"Even though the weather is getting a bit better, we also continue to appeal to fishermen and sea transportation to continue be vigilant," said Head of BMKG Class II Tarempa Dudi when contacted via WhatsApp, on Tuesday (01/14/2020).
From the information that tribunbatam.id obtained, the weather conditions around Anambas Islands are predicted to be cloudy and potentially will cause local rain.
