Tanjungpinang Basarnas Finally Found the Missing Fishermen on the Hantu Island, Bintan
Basarnas finally found Kago, a citizen who was reported missing on Saturday (1/18/2020). Here's the details.
TRIBUNBATAM.id - Tanjungpinang National Sar Agency (Basarnas) finally found Kago, a citizen who was reported missing on Saturday (1/18/2020).
This 50-year-old man was found in a lifeless condition by the joint SAR Team about 12 hours after it was reported missing.
"He was found around 15.50 WIB at the coordinates of approximately 0.43 Nautical Mile (NM) from the reported coordinates," said Head of Tanjungpinang Basarnas, Mukmin Maulana, Sunday (1/19/2020) afternoon.
Kago was previously declared missing after going to sea in the waters of Hantu Island, Air Glubi Village, Bintan Pesisir District, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province.

From the information obtained, Kago was declared missing at coordinates 00 54 712 N - 104 40 209 E.
The victim is known to be looking for bait using a pompong in the waters of the Hantu Island.
The Basarnas team found it drifting in the waters of Tanjung Singkuang, Air Glubi Village.
Mukmin said, the body was immediately evacuated to the funeral home.
"With the discovery of the victim, the search operation was declared complete. Thank you for the help of other parties in this search process," he said. (Tribunbatam.id/Endrakaputra)
