Install Thermal Scanner and Manual Inspection, This is Karimun's Step to Prevent Corona Virus

TRIBUNBATAM.id - Close to Singapore and Malaysia, Karimun Regency is an area prone to Corona virus.
The reason is the district nicknamed Bumi Berazam is a border area of the country as well as a tourist destination in abroad.
Karimun Regent Aunur Rafiq claimed to have made some efforts to anticipate the entry of Corona virus that made a scene in the world.
Rafiq said, before Ministry of Health declared an Extraordinary Event (KLB), Karimun Regency Government had taken some steps.
"We have conducted a thermal scaner at International Port. And it is already running," said Rafiq, Friday (03/06/2020).
For now supervision is increasingly being improved.

Thermal scanners are also installed at Tanjungbalai Karimun Domestic Port.
Then at the inter-island port within the Regency, Sri Tanjung Gelam or KPK, the passengers were checked for their body temperature.
"The KPK is done manually. Because there are only two thermal scanner devices," explained Rafiq.
Karimun Regency Government also gives an appeal to community and businesses, such as hotels and companies.
Appeals to the community were conveyed from the sub-district level to neighbourhood.
The appeal point of which is to implement healthy living.
"If there are indications, we will prepare Muhammad Sani Hospital as a referral hospital," Rafiq added.
To the community, Rafiq also invited to pray together that Karimun Regency is free from Corona virus outbreak.
