Then on April 29, 2020, he was taken to Emergency Room of Embung Fatimah Hospital in Batam due to his weak body condition, because since several days before he did not want to eat, even the medicines given from the hospital where he had been treated were not taken.

The results of laboratory tests turned out to be uncontrolled blood sugar next concerned treated in the usual ward for patients with internal medicine, and carried out RDT with the results "Reactive".

Based on the results of RDT the following day on April 30, 2020 the treatment concerned was moved to the Tun Sundari isolation room and continued with a throat swab examination whose results were known on May 3, 2020 with a "Positive" confirmation.

Currently the surveillance team is continuing to carry out a contact tracing process for everyone suspected of having contact with the case.
