Starting Today (16/6), Ferry Tickets for Tarempa-Tanjungpinang Route Could Be Purchased

Access to sea transportation on the Tanjungpinang - Letung - Tarempa route will be opened on Wednesday, but ticket can be purchased Today (16/6/2020).

TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - Access to sea transportation on the Tanjungpinang - Letung - Tarempa route will be opened on Wednesday (17/6/2020).

That was based on Anambas Islands District Head Decree Number 506 / kdh.KKA.680 / 06/2020 which was submitted to PT. Rempang Sejahtera Bahari.

"Alhamdulillah, this Wednesday Ferry from Tanjungpinang will arrive in Anambas," said Anambas Islands Transportation Division Head Nurullah, Monday (15/6/2020).

He said the opening of sea access was aimed at repatriating Anambas community outside the area.

The ferry transportation access only sails 4 times in two weeks.

Meanwhile, when tribunbatam.id visited the ticket sales location at the Port of Tarempa, Anambas, the atmosphere at the sales counter was still quiet.

Ticket sales counters have not yet been opened.

According to the guards around the ticket window, the purchase of a new boat ticket can be purchased tomorrow, Tuesday (16/6/2020) morning.

On the window, a notice saying "Batavia VOC ferry" arrived at Tarempa on Wednesday (17/6/2020) and will depart for Tanjungpinang on Thursday (18/6/2020).
