TRIBUNBATAM.id - Government Spokesperson for Handling Covid-19, Achmad Yurianto requested, the habit like serving food and drinks during meetings at the office to be abolished.

This is necessary to prevent the possibility of transmission of Covid-19.

"It is hoped that there will be no food or drinks during the meeting, so all will continue to use masks without the opportunity to open it. Eliminate the habit of serving food and drinks in the meeting room," Yurianto said at a press conference at BNPB, Sunday (07/19/2020). 

The appeal was conveyed because office activities have now begun.

Yurianto said, besides not serving food and drinks, a number of things need to be considered when holding a physical meeting such as a meeting at the office.

"Do not serve food and drinks in a meeting room that allows transmission, if one of the positive people of Covid-19 is asymptomatic," he continued.
