CASE of Covid-19 Increases, 100 Corona Virus Patients Are Treated at Bapelkes Batam

TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - Covid-19 patients continued to increase in Batam City, so Health Training Center (Bapelkes) began to function.
Currently, 100 Covid-19 patients are undergoing treatment at Bapelkes on Jalan Marina Raya, Tanjunguncang Village, Batuaji District, Batam City, Riau Islands Province.
Head of Batam City Bapelkes, Asep Zaenal Mustofa, said that the Covid-19 patient was undergoing treatment had been handed over to Batam City government.
"Currently, the building that is not being used is Riau building from the three buildings we have," said Asep, Saturday (31/10/2020).
He explained that the three buildings in Bapelkes were Sumatra Building, Aceh Building and Riau Building.
"The Aceh building is still being used as a training venue. The North Sumatra building is an office building, so it cannot be used. Only Riau building can be used," said Asep.

He explained that all medical facilities and equipment were handed over to Batam City Health Office.
"Everything needed for patient care is managed by Covid-19 Task Force and Health Office," said Asep.
He also said that by now all that was needed was complete.
"In accordance with the results of a meeting a few days ago, Batam City Health Office added a security team from Satpol PP.
