Three Filipino Citizens in Bintan are Exposed to Covid-19, Adds 4, Total Now 221 Positive Patients

TRIBUNBATAM.id - Three Filipino citizens tested positive for Covid-19 in Bintan.

They are with the initials RPA (35), RMG (45) and BBG (43).

Apart from 3 Filipinos, there is one Toapaya resident, Ar (52) who is also positive for the corona virus.

With the addition of 4 new patients in Bintan, there are now 221 positive patients for Covid-19 in Bintan. 

The Head of the Bintan Regency Health Department, Dr Gama Isnaini, confirmed the addition of 4 positive patients as of November 4, 2020.

Currently, 3 Filipino citizens who tested positive for Corona are undergoing independent isolation at the PT Singatac Bintan Indonesia dormitory. 

They are known to have no history of travel outside the region.

They were only on the ship and not traveling. 

Dr. Gama also explained that the three Filipinos were detected positive after tracing.

Gama always appealed to the Bintan community to continue implementing health protocols.
