BATAM PILKADA, Lukita Dinarsyah Tuwo Crying, Lead Prayers Before Going to TPS

TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - Candidate for mayor of Batam, Lukita Dinarsyah Tuwo and all of his companion team, pray together first before go to the 037 Bengkong Sadai polling station, Wednesday (9/12/2020). 

While leading the prayer together, Lukita had tears in his eyes. 

This also made the atmosphere in his residence very emotional. 

The face of his beloved wife, Anita Kentjanawati, looked sad when Lukita's voice was starting to get hoarse. 

Some of the accompanying team members also shed tears. 

They seemed touched by Lukita's struggle and determination until the voting stage was carried out. 

"Al Fatihah," said Lukita, starting the prayer together. 

After praying together, Lukita and his wife, as well as the whole team, immediately walked to the TPS, at around 09.00 WIB. 

Lukita seemed to have greeted several residents around his house, Jl. Kesturi 2, Bengkong Sadai, Batam City. 

Arriving at TPS 037, Lukita immediately washed his hands before the polling committee (KPPS) officers checked his temperature. 

Wearing a mask, Lukita seemed to comply with every health protocol process. The atmosphere at the TPS was suddenly crowded when Lukita arrived. 

Not a few residents tried to take pictures of Lukita when he entered the polling station. 

Before heading to the voting booth, Lukita smiled greeting each of the KPPS officers. 

About one minute passed, Lukita began to vote. Not too long, he immediately exited the voting booth and began to enter his ballot papers into the ballot box. 

"Bismillah for the Pilkada Batam and Pilkada Kepri," said Lukita while submitting the ballot.
