Soerya Respationo, Isdianto and Ansar Ahmad Meet After Regional Head Election, This is Their Purpose

TRIBUNBATAM.id, BATAM - Candidate for the Governor of Riau Islands, Soerya Respationo received a visit from two of his opponents at his residence, Taman Duta Mas Housing, Baloi Permai, Batam Kota, Thursday (10/12). 

Not only Isdianto, Soerya, who was paired with Iman Sutiawan in the Riau Islands Pilkada also received Ansar Ahmad's visit. The two of them came at different times. 

"At that time, Ansar Ahmad arrived at 10 am, Isdianto at 2 in the afternoon," said Soerya, Friday (12/11/2020). 

Soerya said that the purpose of the visit was to maintain the relationship between the 2020 Kepri Pilgub contestants.

According to him, the visit can be an example for the community to continue to maintain the security and conduciveness of the Riau Islands in the middle of the simultaneous regional elections in Riau Islands. 

Differences of opinion regarding the vote count results are common. 

However, he urged him to wait for the results of the Plenary Meeting of the Kepri KPUD regarding the determination of the elected candidate.

"We're still waiting. If there is dissatisfaction, it can be channeled legally, namely in the Constitutional Court," said Soerya.
