UPDATE: Add 6.825, Indonesian Covid-19 Cases Now 1.437.283 People
The government shows that the transmission of the coronavirus in Indonesia is still happening with the increasing number of Covid-19 cases.

Based on data on Wednesday (17/3/2021), there were an additional 6,825 new cases of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours.
The addition has caused the total Covid-19 cases to date to 1,437,283 people, start from the announcement of the first case on March 2, 2020.
This information was conveyed by the Covid-19 Handling Task Force to reporters on Wednesday afternoon. Data can also be accessed via the Covid19.go.id.
Although cases continue to increase, the government shows hope with an increase in 9,010 patients who recover from Covid-19 in a day.
Thus, the total number of patients who have recovered from Covid-19 in Indonesia now reached 1,266,673 people since the beginning of the pandemic.
Then, there were 162 Covid-19 patients who died in the period of March 16-17, 2021.
Thus, the death rate due to Covid-19 in Indonesia now reached 38,915 people.
Active cases are the number of patients who are still positive for the coronavirus and are undergoing treatment in hospitals or independent isolation.
In addition, the government also announced that there are 59,610 people who are now suspects. (*)
