- Minimum 3 years’ experience in electronics component manufacturing environment.

- Must have worked in factory with automotive quality standards.

- Have a great knowledge in Die attach process and machine (Datacon/Esec/ASM), Aluminium wire bonding process and machine (Delvotec/ASM/KNS), Gel fill and encapsulation process and machine, Plasma cleaning machine

- Able to work with Integrated management system such (EMS, QMS,OHAS) FMEA (Design and Process)Core tools such as; APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), SPC, MSA & PPAP ERP system (SAP)

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - CALIBRATION

Job description

- Design, develop, and update the Die attach, wirebond, gel fill, plasma clean process

- Design, develop, and test calibration tester machine.

- Generate all the documentation ie: DR items, FMEA,  and Control Plan.

- Perform detail process and equipment analysis in order to perform a process capability, capacity, and failures analysis.

- Develop calibration parameters to meet performance, quality and timing requirements.

- Utilized analysis techniques and tools to verify calibration quality.

- Develop and maintain calibration procedures.

- Develop production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.

- Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
