The successful Applicant 

- Degree / Diploma in Engineering discipline

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Industrial Engineering/engineering related

- Have a great knowledge of the following: Project Management, Auto Cad & Solid work 

- Able to read electrical and mechanical drawing

- Able to work on ISO9001 & IATF16949

- Lean Six sigma Green Belt certified (Advantage)

- Minitab/related software for analysis.

PROCESS ENGINEER – EOL (LEAK TEST & CALIBRATION)

Job description

- Design, develop, test calibration tester and high-pressure test machine.

- Develop, maintain, and update the leak test, offset measurement, resistance measurement and marking process documentations such as Control Plan, FMEA, Work Instruction, golden sample.

- Define machine requirements, capability and buy-off.

- Perform detail process and equipment analysis in order to perform a process capability, capacity, and failures analysis.

- Develop calibration parameters to meet performance, quality, and timing requirements.

- Utilized analysis techniques and tools to verify calibration quality.

- Develop production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.

- Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues.

- Train new staff and provide instructions and manuals.

- Monitoring and review of production performance including Delivery performance, Quality level and Productivity on a continuous basis.

PROCESS ENGINEER ASSEMBLY 

Job description

- Develop, maintain, and update the depaneling, soldering, O-ring mounting, Housing assembly, Potting crimping and stamping process documentations such as Control Plan, FMEA, Work Instruction, golden sample.

- Perform detail process and equipment analysis in order to perform a process capability, capacity, and failures analysis.

- Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues.

- Initiate and lead the yield improvement activities.

- Monitoring and review of production performance including Delivery performance, Quality level and Productivity on a continuous basis.

- Define machine requirements, capability and buy-off.

- Monitoring and control the process performance throughout production.

- Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes.

The successful Applicant 

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position is required.

- Experience in Automotive industries, or any Tool rooms is a plus.

- Highly proficient in SolidWorks (3D), AutoCAD (2D), Microsoft Office

- Thorough knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic components and popular manufacturers.

- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills.

- Basic knowledge of Conventional machining & CNC machines.

AUTOMATION ENGINEER

- Support the plant in all aspects of the electrical maintenance troubleshooting using PLC, related programming and robot programming skills and a thorough understanding of the machines sequence of operations. Processes in the plant may include wire processing, soldering, trimming, aging, coating, measuring, optical inspection, injection molding, assembly processes, laser printing, ultrasonic welding, robot, trimming and testing processes.

- Manage the required electrical spare parts in the tool crib to ensure we can support any potential equipment failures on controls related items.

- Respond to any equipment downtime issues in plant and establish any required outside resources to assist in responding to these issues quickly.

- Train and develop the plant electricians to increase their ability to understand and troubleshoot controls related issues in the plant.

- Interface with the equipment supply base to have key resources at our suppliers to assist in equipment problem solving when required. Know who to call when.

- Manage large and small equipment improvement projects in the plant as a leader.

- Resolve robot performance issues on Mitsubishi, Epson & others types of robots.

- Periodical maintenance of the programming & PLC

- Manage large and small equipment improvement projects in the plant as a leader.

- Develop the preventative maintenance plan for the electrical section of new equipment for the production plant.

- Support Industry 4.0 program

Experience: 

Minimum of 3 years as a Controls Engineer / Maintenance Control Engineer in a manufacturing facility

Knowledge:

- Windows Operating System

- Linux Operating Systems

- PLC Applications (TIA Portal, Labview)

- C#, ASP .Net, Java, Database/SQL

- Factory Automation System (MES, SAP, QM, SCADA)
