The arrest of the man who were born in Bungkaih (North Aceh) on June 22, 1986 was related to the possession of narcotics of shabu-shabu weighing 10.394 kg. 

He said the evidence that was secured was in 10 packs of Guanyinwang brand of Chinese tea which was suspected to contain Narcotics Group I Type of methamphetamine weighing 10,394 grams or equivalent to 10.3 kg.

"So, the methamphetamine was kept by the suspect, Sayed Khalil, in a pile of sand in an empty house in the old village of Tembesi Lestari Block 3 Number 236 in front of the suspect's house," said BNNP Kepri Head, Brig. Gen. Richard.
