TRIBUNBATAM.id - The 2019 Borobudur Marathon event will be held Sunday (11/17/2019). This running sport event organized by Kompas and empowered by Central Java Bank is open to the public, family, and runner friends.
In addition to watching marathon events, visitors (non-runners) can enjoy entertainment at Race Central. The committee provides a food booth, crafts, equipment and sports accessories, and others.
Race Central starts at 3:30 WIB. To enter the Race Central area, you can get at Door 1 and Door 9A of Borobudur Temple, Magelang, Central Java.
Ticket prices enter the Race Central area of IDR 50,000 for domestic and 25 US dollars or the equivalent of IDR 352,000 for foreign tourists.
Ticket purchase operational hours are served starting at 02.30 WIB. Whereas the parking location is provided at Kujon Field, Borobudur with a capacity of accommodating 300 cars, opened from 02.30 to 04.15 WIB.
Do not be confused to go to the location of the event because the organizers have provided bus services to the Borobudur Marathon event location.
You can spend Rp. 25,000 to enjoy the bus service that will take you from Yogyakarta and Magelang to the Borobudur Marathon 2019 event area.

For your information, bus service tickets are only valid for commuting to and from the same starting point of departure. For mutual comfort, no return points are permitted.
Some roads in Magelang will also be closed at 04.30-12.00 WIB, such as Jalan Balaputradewa (towards the Main Door), Jalan Sudirman (towards Simpang Kujon), Medang Kemulan Street (towards Door 8), Jalan Pramudya Wardani - Traditional Market, Jalan Raya Borobudur (from Salaman), Jalan Syailendra (towards Simpang Kujon), Jalan Kampung Ngadiharjo, Jalan Bumi Segoro, Jalan Badrawati, Jalan Ngaran Lor, Jalan Brojonalan - Candi Pawon, Jalan Soekarno-Hatta, Jalan Mayor Unus, Jalan Tegal Mulyo, Jalan Muh Khudlori (towards Lt. Tukiyat Street and Sentanu Street), and Erosongan Wringinputih Street.

Borobudur Marathon is an international running event that presents natural charm around the Borobudur Temple. The event is located around the Lumbini Park Complex, Borobudur Temple Area, Magelang, Central Java.
On Saturday (11/16/2019) morning, to enliven the 2019 Borobudur Marathon running competition, various interesting agendas have been carried out such as the Friendship Run at Pawon Temple.
This fun run event as far as 3.1 kilometers around the streets of the village around Candi Pawon, Magelang.
