TRIBUNBATAM.id - PT Retzan Indonusa, a subsidiary of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk, recently handed over the apartment to buyers of exclusive One Residence apartment units in Batam, Monday (11/18/2019).

CEO of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk, Anthony Prabowo Susilo, said the handover of One Residence apartment unit was one of the efforts of company's milestone in 2019.

"This shows our seriousness as developers, be able to fulfill promises, hand over apartment units to buyers faster one month in 2019," he said.

The apartment, which is located in Batam Center area of ​​Batam City, has beneficial selling point when viewed from its location, design to unit selection.

Built in Batam Center area and next to Batam Center Ferry Terminal, the apartment will be managed by operator Jones Lang Lasalle.

As for design, the apartment with the concept of private residence was designed by two architects namely Envirotec from Singapore and Sonny Sutanto Architects from Indonesia.

Meanwhile, PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk's Marketing Project Chief, Reagan Halim said, the progress of One Residence sales from total of 333 units available to date has reached 97 percent.

"Current sales level of 97 percent of the units in One Residence has been sold. To encourage sales up to 100 percent, we offer the latest unit products, namely Penthouse 2 units of type 3 Bedroom and 1 maid room, "he explained.

Facilities at One Residence Batam include La Foret Entrance, The Promenade, Infinite Seaview Swimming Pool, Kids Pool, Fitness Center, Viewing Deck, and Sky Garden Lounge.

"Besides that, there will soon be a cafe kitchen & lounge named Olive & co on the ground floor of One Residence. This is the first cafe & lounge in Batam which is on the seafront, "he said.

Also, Reagan said the building has worth and durability up to 80 years, with certificate owned by the buyer, namely title ownership rights on the land of Right to Building (HGB).

"Until now, the owners of One Ressidence unit are dominated by 30 percent of foreigners and 70 percent are Indonesian citizens.

The majority are the end users, the rest are new investors, so we are sure that they will quickly contribute to Batam City with the crowd in this area, because buyers will use it themselves, "he said.

One of One Residence unit buyers, Angela Gosel, said that she personally bought 2 units that were used for different purposes.
