TRIBUNBATAM.id - Living Gallery as marketing gallery of the largest Triniti Land property project in Batam was inaugurated at Grand Batam Mall on Thursday (12/19/2019).
President & CEO of PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk, Ishak Candra said that on this occasion it was the first time his party introduced and inaugurated the marketing gallery of Marc’s Boulevard project.
"In this living gallery there is a lounge and also a show unit of Marc’s Boulevard project. So prospective buyers who want to discuss about the prospects of this project can directly visit this marketing gallery, "he said.
Built with an area of 25 hectares, Marc’s Boulevard which is located in Batam Center will later become an integrated residential location from the town house to the edu center.
Targeting the middle to upper classes, Ishak said that the choice of Grand Batam Mall as a marketing gallery location because it has the same market segmentation.
Ishak said that his party chose Batam as one of the cities that became an expansion destination because Batam is a city with one of the highest population growth.

"Besides, in the past few years, the property sector in Batam will continue to grow," he said.
Ishak said that Marc’s Boulevard project will begin the ground breaking phase in the first quarter and enter the construction phase in the third quarter.
"We will carry out the hand over in the next two years after the two stages are completed," he said.
Ishak hopes, with the presence of Marc’s Boulevard in Batam, it will not only serve as an investment destination but can also be used as residential needs.
"Because if an environment is also used as a residence, then the unit to be invested will also increase in value," he explained.
