Task Force Data: 82 People Negative Covid-19 in Riau Islands, 7 People Wait For Lab Test Results

TRIBUNBATAM.id - As many as 89 people in Riau Islands Province have been supervised by Corona virus Handling Task Force.

Head of Medicine and Health Department (Kabid Dokkes) of Riau Islands Police, Commissioner Pol Muhammad Haris revealed, 89 of these people are the overall data since Corona virus was rife until Saturday (3/14/2020).

He said, of the total number of people recorded, 82 were tested negative for Covid-19, after the results of laboratory tests.

"As many as 82 people have been active as usual," said Commissioner Pol Muhammad Haris who was met during mutual cooperation and spraying disinfectants at Great Mosque Batam Center, Sunday (03/15/2020).

Haris added, the health authority in Riau Islands Province is currently waiting for the results of laboratory tests on 7 people who had previously been observed at health facilities in Riau Islands Province.

Haris also appealed to the community for maintain health and a healthy lifestyle to minimize the attack or illness.

"Hopefully in the near future the results of the examination for 7 other people will already be there and hopefully the results will be negative," he said at Great Mosque of Batam Center accompanied by Head of Public Relations of Riau Islands Regional Police, Senior Commissioner Pol Harry Goldenhardt.
