She said the increase in electricity bills in June 2020 rose by 100 percent. Even though in the previous months the bill was only Rp 3.5 million.
She conveyed, in the current condition, it was really a concern of the community. PLN's socialization was also felt to be very lacking.

Reportedly, the Riau Islands Regional Representative Council (DPRD) held a Hearing Meeting (RDP) with the Management of PT PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3), Tuesday (9/6/2020).
The RDP is related to complaints about rising electricity tariffs that have been protested by many people.
